Large, light and airy double room available in Orchard park!

Just metres away from the guided busway. 15 minutes cycle to the centre of Cambridge.

The house is currently home to three other young professional girls who are friendly and outgoing. We are all pretty sporty but also like staying in, watching movies and cooking for one another. Despite 4 people living here it's quiet, our rooms are private and as we all have busy lives we often find there's only 1 other person around most nights of the week.

The room is spacious and airy, situated on the second floor. There is a bathroom shared with just one other which has a large shower (with good water pressure!), sink and toilet. The room is unfurnished but options for part furnished are available .

The house is located on Orchard Park, a new development to the north of the City centre. It is a quiet area with lots of parking available. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and there is also a shop on the site. The Guided Busway stops at the entrance to Orchard Park and provides direct transport to the centre of Cambridge. It is also just 15 minutes by bike and 20 minutes by car. The house is ideally suited to anyone needing to commute on the A14.

All bills are included. The house has great broadband. There is a shared living room with a TV and DVD, dining area and a small garden to the rear which is great for entertaining in the summer.
