I am moving away from Cambridge and looking for someone to take over my room from 11th June. The room is a good sized double, but the house also has a good deal of shared communal space! The rent is £470/month + bills (~£100/month) and on road parking is available. The room itself is unfurnished.
You would be sharing with two lovely and very friendly girls who are always keen to make new friends and head out for a bite to eat or a glass of wine. We often do things together, but equally enjoy having our own space and time too. We are looking for someone to move in who would be happy to join in and make our house their home!
