I'm looking for a clean and tidy professional woman or gender-non-conforming person to rent out this double room for £625 per month. Ideally someone who goes out to work full time as I work from home most of the time.

I'm a 28 year old female professional who works from home most of the time. I have a friendly cockerpoo called Alfie who follows me round like a shadow! I'm looking for a tidy and quiet person as I am the same. No pets allowed as Alfie is quite old and wouldn't be able to handle it. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community so queer people are welcome. I am also disabled, and while the home doesn't have wheelchair access, other accessability needs will be met where possible. I'm not religious but all religions are welcome and safe. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed under any circumstances.

This flat is in a great location, 1 minute walk to the Grafton Centre, 5-10 minute walk to the Beehive, 10 minute walk into town, 20 minute walk to the train station.
