Looking for female to fill the room city centre

Hey! I’m moving back to my home country and have to find someone to take my room.

Bill, Koen and Pip are currently living here and they’re looking for female to keep things balanced. We are a very fun and social flat so looking for someone outgoing to do many things in summer!

The room is a double room on 1st floor and will be sharing bathroom with Koen.

There’s 4 bathrooms in total (Pip on 2’d floor has ensuite, Bill uses ground floor one, Koen and I share the 1st floor one and there’s an extra next to living room for guests).

The house is technically unfurnished but I’ll be leaving most of my stuff so we can coordinate to see what you want to keep or not. (Need to confirm on bed and desk as we will be swapping rooms!)

The house has a large open plan living room, kitchen with dishwasher, terrace garden and utility room with washing machine.

We’re pretty central, bus stop is at your doorway and Jesus green on the other side!

Rent might be going slightly up as when a flatmate leaves it goes up a small %
