Double room available - female professional ONLY

We have a fully furnished double room for rent in the centre of Cambridge. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the train station. It is close to all transport links, gym, shops and restaurants. It is also a 15 minute cycle ride or 10 minute bus ride to addenbrookes hospital.

We are looking for a female professional. We would like someone that goes out to work every day, who does not work from home.
We would also like someone who is clean, tidy, and who very rarely uses the kitchen.

The bedroom has a small fridge freezer inside for your own personal use.
The kitchen and bathroom are brand new.
There are two bathrooms in the property so, you would only share a shower with 1 other person.
All bills are included
There is not a shared living room, no garden and no parking.
