Double room on the Beche

Simple, modern, and nicely presented - this is a cosy little house in a great location. 20 mins walk to city centre.
I'm looking to rent out the larger of the 2 bedrooms on a short-term basis, with a view to leasing the whole house via an agency from September. I don't mind who moves in, or for how long - as long as they respect the property and are a mature, open and communicative person (or indeed couple, or even two friends - but for 2 people the rent would be £180/week).
The room in question has a standard double bed, a wardrobe and desk and some useful shelving. The bathroom well equipped and full of light.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/dining room with oak flooring and leather sofas. From the (smallish) kitchen there's a door to the back garden and side passageway.
All bills are included in the rent. There's a v. fast wireless broadband throughout.
