Three Bedroom Central Location

Hey everyone, we are looking for a fun and sociable housemate to replace someone who is leaving. We are both young working professionals and ideally would be looking for someone similar. We like to cook and go out together or watch tv in the lounge (storage hunters, catchphrase, the old family fortunes, you get the idea!). The house is in a very good location, 5 mins walk from Asda/gym/beehive centre, the Grafton is 2 mins in the other direction and you can easily walk into the centre.

The house itself features 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower over it, instant hot water), downstairs toilet, newly fitted kitchen and a decent sized lounge. The bedroom itself is currently a single but it can fit a double bed nicely. There is an outside area but it’s patio not grass. There is free parking outside and also a garage for bikes.

We are with a letting agency so fees will apply – sorry! Also they don’t allow students.
