Detached house with large garden just off mill road with non-permit parking. Easy access to town, trains and addenbrookes. Garden has shared shed with rear access for bikes, picnic style bench on large patio and tiki bar ?!
Internal bits ..... full sky tv with broadband, central heating, washing machine, tumble drier, recently decorated bathroom, shared living space and a brand new kitchen diner.
Bills ..... We each pay £90/ month into a shared bills account which covers everything.
Room is furnished.
Viewings can be arranged for most evenings or weekends and I would prefer contact to be via email but can also leave me a voicemail. I just have better access to emails during the day than my phone due to work.
