I am renting out my double room from 30 November to 5 January while I travel overseas.
This house is very high-spec and in a highly desirable location on a peaceful, family street off Mill Road. It's a medium-sized double facing the garden. Very quiet.
Next door is a large bathroom with bath and shower (shared with current tenant, female).
Downstairs is a large open living / dining room with a wood burning stove and antique furniture. The kitchen is very spacious with utility area (inc dishwasher and breadmaker) and patio doors onto decking.
There is on-street parking though you would need to purchase a permit (£50 for a year). I can offer all the linen, my bike and food staples (herbs, spices, tea, coffee etc) for the duration.
