We have two very friendly cats at the property and viewings are available from Monday 14th April. The room is available from the 1st May.

On offer is a cozy single room situated within a clean property in central Cambridge. The property is a mere 5 minute walk from ARU University and around a 10-15 minute walk form the city centre.

All bills are included within the monthly rent of £395. Also included is free WiFi (150mbps fibre optic).

Furniture: Single bed with very comfy mattress, single wardrobe, bedside table, shelving.

A security deposit of 1. 5 months rent (£592. 50) will be taken upon entry to the property along with one months rent in advance (total of £987. 50).

Previous Landlord and Employers reference will be required, or a letter from ARU confirming placement. We can arrange for these references to be carried out of a fee of £8 if helpful.

The occupants are all Male and age ranges from 23 to 40.
