Spacious, Furnished Double Bedroom In City Centre

Because I'm having to leave Cambridge for my research interests, there is a beautiful, spacious and fully furnished double bedroom available for rent starting mid-Decemeber up through at least March 2015, in a spacious, very cozy, and beautifully decorated house located on Gwydir Street, a stone's throw away from the Cambridge Blue pub and Hot Numbers coffee shop. My 2 housemates are both female young professionals in their mid-twenties to early thirties. One is a graduate student who is also working part-time and the other is working full-time in health care management. They lead busy lives, but they're very kind, considerate, tidy, and fun. They tend to be around in the evenings to relax, watch tele, chat, read, and cook meals together sometimes. We keep a very clean and relaxed atmosphere in the house. They are looking for another caring, tidy, independent, and self-sufficient housemate to share with for the months left on our lease. There is an option to extend the lease past March 30th, if there is interest. The landlady is quite flexible and very kind, as well. The house comes fully furnished, very tastefully and charmingly decorated, has no quirks or weird issues as everything works as expected, and honestly could not be in a better location for a better price. All bills are included, regardless of how much is used in terms of utilities.
