The house is Victorian, three floors, beautiful garden and usual facilities.

On the ground floor is:

* a large kitchen diner (with a larger style fridge with freezer compartments, washing machine, dishwasher),
* a separate lounge/tv room.
* a large shower room, with a very powerful shower
* a further room, which overlooks the garden, and could be used as a dining room, a guest bedroom or a family room (or second lounge area).

On the first floor are :
*two further bedrooms, one with a large outdoor terrace, plus
* a single room currently used as a study
* the main bathroom.

On the second floor is a lovely large attic bedroom offering plenty of light space and privacy.

There is a side passage for access for bikes, and a bike rack in the lovely garden.

The house is very close to river, to the city centre town and around a 20 minute walk to cambridge station (quicker of course by bike!).

Bills are not included in the rental and I understand from the landlord there may be an element of flexibility in the rental amount, depending on the group and duration of tenancy sought.
