Warm Friendly home and housemates, require another

Hey there,

Well you have the opportunity to join our friendly house. We have a stunning large 4 bedroom house with lots of space, 1 mile from city centre and 100m from the river. It is simply a great location.

We have a bright mid/large double unfurnished room available immediately, there's plenty of share space- lounge, separate dinning room, study areas, large kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, there are large bathrooms, utility areas, garden and storage. Broadband, virgin, gas heating etc etc.

We have a talkative cat and the friendliest dog. And as a group of house mates we all get along in a relaxed and inclusive way. As individuals we are a thoughtful, friendly, respectful bunch (well we would say that - but we are :) ) We have a home and we welcome someone looking to be part of such a house.

So all the normal- sociable, friendly, considerate, reliable, clean, no dramas... etc . offered and expected. :)

Our Interests - cooking, travel, music, animals, teaching, massage, outdoor pursuits, diving, nature, games, art, films, reading.

We are looking for someone who is happy get along with everyone and help with the easy running of this warm friendly home. Just as happy to pick up the hoover or a glass with the rest of us.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and standard month up front etc.

We are looking to have some one move in and settled before Christmas but just after is fine too.
