Single room available. Shared, large bathroom with two other female flat mates. House comes equipped with large kitchen, glassed in conservatory, communal lounge with TV and back garden. We have a washer and tumble dryer, and our garden is locked so no bike theft! £420 basic rent includes water and internet. You will pay £63 per month council tax and bills come to roughly £30 per month, paid quarterly to the landlord. You will share with three females aged 25-31. We prefer someone who considers this a home and likes to hang out with us, rather than a dorm-style only in and out briefly house. It's a homey arrangement and we'd like someone to join us who wants this type of living situation. Please ask to visit. We will be doing visits in the middle of February.
