The room has a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. It is directed towards an inside court so it is very quiet.

The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a bath.

There are a living room and a kitchen to share with the other flatmate. The living room has two couches, a tv screen, a table with chairs.

The kitchen has all the equipment needed (a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a cooker)

A parking place is available inside a secured area as well as a place to put a bicycle.

Council tax and bills are approximately 120£ per month.
