Double room near station in friendly house

We have a double room available from mid-January (flexible on dates at the moment) in a friendly and professional house share within five minutes of the train station and 10 minutes of the city centre.

The house is a three storey townhouse with a rear garden. We have a kitchen, living room and plenty of bathrooms, so it is comfortable place to live with three others. The house also has one parking space in the underground garage which is shared between car owners (currently one other).

The room is on the ground floor and shares a shower room with one other person, although there is a family-sized bathroom on the top floor to use as well. The room comes unfurnished, but there is a built-in wardrobe which provides tons of storage space.

The current housemates are a friendly bunch of professionals. We like to socialise but also do our own thing. We make the most of the best selection of pubs to choose from in the Mill Road area.

We are looking for somebody who will stay for a minimum of 6 months and preferably longer. The move-in date is currently flexible but we would be interested to hear from anybody looking for a new place from around mid-January onwards.
