Double room in gorgeous house and social housemate

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for someone to house share with in a lovely house in Castor.

Firstly, about the house... The house is a three bed in a quiet road in Castor which is a gorgeous little village within commutable distance to Peterborough town (five miles) and Stamford (eight miles).

There's a living room with a conservatory which we use as a dining room, big kitchen, downstairs toilet and a large back garden. Upstairs there's a family bathroom with bath and shower, and three bedrooms, which a double room is the one for rent. The room is fully furnished and comes with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Currently there's myself and my housemate living there but she's moving out. A friend also stays over in the single room once a week (she pays a bit to the rent which is why it's so cheap). We are giving up our current tenancy and I would be starting a new one with you with the agency so you would need a £325 deposit and £100 admin fees to the letting agent. We do pay bills on top of that but they're roughly £110 (for everything inc internet and council tax!).

You! - I'm looking for a professional person who is clean, tidy, friendly and likes animals as I have two cats, three rabbits (live outside) and a bearded dragon.

Me! - I work for an animal charity 9-5, and am easy to get on with. I enjoy doing fun things and socialising so someone who likes hanging out every now and then, would be fab!
