Single, furnished room available in sociable house just off Coldhams Lane. We are 3 professional males, aged between 28 - 31 y/o, looking for an easy-going addition to the house (male or female).
The house is pretty spacious, has a modern kitchen, big living room and a massive garden.
The city centre is a 15 min bike ride away and there is also a bus stop outside the house which can provide access to most parts of the city. Parking is also available directly outside the house if necessary.
The current housemates are all outgoing, active guys who enjoy a range of the usual hobbies/interests (cooking, gym, socialising, travelling etc).
