The street is in a quiet, safe area one minute walk from the Cherry Hinton shops and close to the delightful Cherry Hinton park.
There is a fast 200MB broadband from Virgin. The house is ideally located for ARM and the Fulbourn Business and Science Park.
The room is available from August for a long term for quiet, considerate non-smoking professional only.
