Double Room in Shared House - Chesterton

We have a double room available in a shared house in the Chesterton area, in between Green End Road and Milton road. We're close to the science park and a 20 minute cycle into the city centre.

The room is 2. 8 m by 3. 8 m, comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, side table), is on the ground floor and is available from Friday 1st August onward. We expect to be leaving in late January 2015, so the room is available for 6 months.

Rent is cheap, at only £320 per month plus bills, payable by bank transfer. Bills come to roughly £50 per month, including water, broadband internet, electricity and gas. We would require a £280 deposit to replace the deposit put down by our outgoing housemate.

We are a friendly house--three guys and one girl all mid twenties--consisting of a mix of young professionals and doctoral students. The house has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a combined lounge/ dining room and a large back garden (which is great for BBQs in the summer!). To save time (and money!) we have a cooking rota, and we would like a new housemate who is willing to take part in that. (Don't worry -we're all reasonable cooks! But equally you don't need to be a trained chef to live here)
