The room

We've a great location in a quite cul-de-sac 10 mins walk from Science and Business park.

We've one fantastic en-suite double room coming available on the 1st March. The other house-mates all are friendly professionals in their late twenties.

The room is about 4m x 5m with high vaulted ceilings. There is a fantastic mezzanine double bed at the top of a set of stairs. The en-suite has a large powerful shower and toilet.

The house is very clean and has off road parking, secure bike storage and a kitchen with washing machine and Dishwasher.

There is also a large communal living room leading to a lovely garden

We're looking for a friendly professional house-mate, male or female.

Rent includes all bills, council tax, weekly cleaner and 100 Mbps WiFi.

I'm looking for a long-term tenant with a 6 month minimum tenancy. I need someone who can start the tenancy on or around the 1st March.

Please note I don't have any rooms for short term rental and this room is not available to rent for couples.

Unlike agencies I'm upfront about everything, like to keep the house perfectly maintained and will do my best to make this a great house share.
