Train station, Water Beach is in cycling distance where trains to Cambridge run every 20 minuets. Buses to city at end of the road every 30 minuets. Parking on high Street. Pretty garden to the side. The shared kitchen is large, well-equipped kitchen with large farmhouse table, separate cooking area. Kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, sink and washing/drying facilities. The toilet is across the hallway. I prefer to keep my sitting room for myself. The garden is delightful to sit in the summer. A perfect house to live and study.
£95 per week plus share electricity bill expected to be around £20 per month.
If a couple are staying in the room the weekly rent will be £150 per week.
