Fully furnished Kingsize bedroom available in a four bedroom modern house. The room includes a Kingsize bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and two smaller bedside drawers, there is also a Flat screen tv on the wall in the room with access to the sky box.

The room has been recently decorated with fresh paint and design. All bills are included, as-well as use of washing machine, dryer, kitchen, WIFI and living room. There is also a bit of extra storage room in garage/summer house if needed. We have a cross trainer in the summer house if you are one who likes a bit of exercise and have a large driveway at the side and a small one at the front.

I occupy the largest room with en-suite wet room, and One kingsize room is occupied by my granddaughter due to her attending Uni and her job. The single room is not available for renting. Available is the larger Kingsize room with a shared bathroom which is the furthest away from all the bedrooms and is opposite the bathroom. There is also a shared wet-room downstairs in the utility.

I have one dog (Chihuahua), but he is tiny and is nothing to worry about.

Rent must be paid upfront along with deposit.
