Double Room For Rent Available February

I am a self employed professional looking for a lodger to rent a spacious double room. There are two rooms to choose from both are double rooms. One is downstairs behind the garage away from the rest of the house. The other is upstairs in the house opposite the master bedroom.
Both rooms can come furnished with a double bed or without. The downstairs room has its own sink in it and would be ideal to be used as a sort of studio apartment (self contained room) so you would only need to come in the main house to use the bathroom facilities. In the downstairs room, you can have your own kettle, microwave oven, toaster, fridge etc which comes with the room if you would like it. There is room in the garage and can be used as storage space if you would need it. So it's pretty private. There is a bracket on the wall for your tv, enough space to have a double bed, so you would only need to come in the main house for the bathroom. I have a downstairs toilet and upstairs I have the main bathroom. There is also another option of an upstairs room in the house, which is the second available room, also a double, with built in wardrobe. There is no shared living room however. Looking for a quiet professional with a full time job. I am home a lot with my job. Lovely, quiet location, close to town centre . Close to the park and the riverside. Close to a supermarket.
