Double Room in Ely with Share of the whole house!

My current house mate is moving back to Reading so i am in need of a new buddy. She is due to be moving End of April/ Start of May... This is when the room will be available from.

The house is a 10 min walk into town and 20 min walk to the station.

We have private parking for 2 cars plus ample on the road.

The house has a medium kitchen, downstairs loo, Dining and Sitting Area, Small Garden... Enough room for a BBQ! 2 double rooms (The rooms for rent is slightly larger) I can arrange for the room to be furnished or un depending on your needs! 1 shared bath and shower room.

It is a modern house built in 2009/10 with a more vintage feel inside.

I want my new buddy to be a friend not just someone paying half the bills. I am a very tidy person and the new buddy needs to be too. I'm very bubbly, up for a laugh, enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings, love music... All forms but rock and funky house are where my heart is! Most weekends you'll find me at some gig or another.

The new person will be on the rent agreement thats why the deposit it £475 plus admin fee to the letting agent.... With this in mind my house will be yours too! This isn't just a room to let it will be a home. I am not looking for short term letting.
