Central Ely location

I am looking for a female flatmate to share a large 2 bed flat with in central Ely. No pets or smokers. The room is a large single/small double but is currently furnished as a single. If you wish to change the furniture because you have your own, this is no problem. The room is roughly 13ft by 7ft and has a built in wardrobe. The price on the advert is a rough guide including bills, but bills can be split in half when they arrive if preferred - the rent is £620 between us plus bills. I pay a cleaner every other week. All usual amenities already in flat, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer etc. Easy access to centre of city and station a 15 minute walk. You will need to co-sign a tenancy agreement for 6 months in the initial period with me should we decide to proceed and the letting fees are £175 per person.

I am a normal, working professional and would prefer a flatmate in a similar situation. I socialise at weekends usually out of the flat and sometimes my boyfriend visits to stay but am up early on weekdays. I am easy-going with most aspects of shared living but any details can be discussed if you have queries. I am happy to meet a couple of times to be sure we would get on well.
