Lovely fully furnished double room available in a quiet location with easy access (bus/cycle/car) to Cambridge City Centre and major motorways. Fulbourn is a small village just on the outskirts of Cambridge, with a Co-op, Post-Office, Doctors and a few other shops. Easy access to the city centre, whilst being able to enjoy the countryside on the doorstop.

The room has a bedframe/mattress, wardrobe, drawers & desk. I am more than happy for you to decorate as you wish. You'll have full access to a fully furnished & equipped house (Kitchen (all appliances), Lounge (Dining Table, Sofas, TV, Netflix etc.), Bathroom (newly renovated), very large Garden), with ample parking, cycle and storage space available. You'll benefit from living with just one other person (myself), so can enjoy both company and time to yourself however you please :)

I'm a friendly, considerate, easy-going, 33-year old male professional, with a 9-5 job, working 50-50 at home / in the office. I like to keep clean & tidy, and enjoy both socialising and staying in. I am quite active in my spare time (cycling, running, swimming, hiking), and enjoy trying new activities (recently salsa dancing). Someone with a similar work / sleep schedule is preferred.
