Lovely Double Room in a Friendly Flat

I have a 2 bedroom flat in Great Shelford, very near to Shelford station where I live with my 2 cats. The flat is in a quiet residential location with off road parking, a garage and village shops within a 10 minute walk. There is Sky TV and broadband available and all the rooms have been decorated to a high standard.

I am a teacher in a primary school in Cambridge and am looking for someone who might share my obsession with baking cakes (or at least eat the cakes I make!) and who will chat with me over a glass of wine on a Friday night. I am also quite keen that the flat stays neat and tidy most of the time. I am sociable and although I grew up in Cambridge, most of my school friends have now moved away so am always keen to make new friends.

The rent includes all bills (including council tax) and basic household items (toilet paper, washing up liquid etc.) Cleaning is shared.

As I already have 2 cats, it wouldn't be fair to them to introduce another animal to the flats so I can't take anyone with a pet. I also think that the room is too small for a couple to live comfortably in it.
