Beautiful barn style annex

We have a beautiful double storey annex available. It has it's own entrance and is completely separate from our house., with it's own front door. Downstairs consists of a living area with a snooker table, office space and shower room. Upstairs is a large bedsit with king size bed, sofa, tv and kitchen area. The kitchen has a microwave oven and a fridge plus all equipment needed. It has nice views across our garden to fields beyond. Rent would include all bills and clean linen every week.
We are situated in a quiet village and only a few minutes drive to the A14 and major routes north and south.
We have ample parking and 2 friendly dogs.
