Spacious double bedroom in a large 3 bed house located in Warboys PE28.
Married practising Christians living in the property.
Housemate would need to be respectful toward our Christian faith, to God's word and how we live.

Spacious double Bedroom with built in cupboard, free standing wardrobe, chest of draws, and book shelf. You would need to get your own bed (there is two single Mattresses you are welcome to use if needed).
Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room, and garden/patio area.

We have 2 dogs (inside) and a rabbit (outside) living at the property. One of the dogs can be quite vocal but he is all talk, he is a gental giant.

£700pcm all bills included, deposit will be 1 month upfront and if you decided to move out you would need to give 1 months notice.

Connection we have buses that go to St. Ives Busway straight into Cambride, or into Huntingdon train station that take just 1 hour to get into London. However the bus service in Warboys are not the best. So if you are not a driver I would recommend looking into this first.
