Lovely Room in Edwardian House Huntingdon Centre

We have a beautiful room available in a large 5 bedroom town centre Edwardian house in Huntingdon. The room has been recently decorated and is very clean, with a beautiful brass double bed. There is not an on-suite, but we do have two bathrooms / 3 toilets in the property.
It is a family home, with both parents working full time. Children are 17 and 19 and both are at school and college.
The room is a small double, but it does come with an almost sole use of our second lounge downstairs with has three sofas and Widescreen TV connected.
We have a large garden and off road parking is available.
We do have 5 cats, so you must be an animal lover.
We have a very large kitchen which comes with all the usual amenities, such as dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ideally, we would like a professional working female.
The house is very clean and tidy and we would expect our guest to be the same way.
We have broadband, which would be included in the weekly rent, along with all other bills.
