Double Furnished Room Available

I am a single dad with a 15 month old boy who stays with me once in the week and at the weekend.
I am I professional who has an active social life, so I do have guests around from time to time but also do a lot away from the house.
I have a lovely black Labrador who will always greet you with a lick.

I am looking for short term house mates at the moment as the house is currently up for sale, however there will be at least 3 months open ended.

Im looking for chilled out sociable house mates who are tidy and respectful to share a 4 bed semi-detached house in Huntington.

The house has a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen dinner and garden.

There is parking.

The house is a mile from the Cinema, Restaurants and Tesco, a mile to a nice local pub and about a 30/40 minute walk in to the town center. There is a regular Stagecoach (every 20 mins in the day, every hour in the evenings 5 minutes walk from the house heading directly to Huntington Town Center and the Station (connecting Peterborough and London)and St. Ives (15 mins)/Cambridge (50 mins.

The room is a double, furnished and modern.

I would be looking for someone with similar interests to me.
