Room to rent near St.Ives

My partner and I have recently purchased a new house and we are looking to rent out the single room, the double room already has one Tennant. There's no photos of the room as it's currently being decorated, but it should be finished soon.

The room currently only has a king size bed in it. The house is a beautiful 4 bed house with a kitchen, lounge dinner and 2 bathrooms over 3 floors.

There is parking available on the road outside the property.

This is a lovely house in a quiet village called Somersham about 10-15 minutes drive from St Ives and around 15- 20 minutes drive from Huntingdon. There are local amenities within walking distance including a tesco express and a convenience store with post office.

The guided bus to St. ives begins in Somersham giving great access to Cambridge.

About you:

We don't have many specifications for a new housemate, as long as they are friendly, tidy and non-smoking.

About us:
I work shift work, so I will do the occasional night shift. My partner works 9-5 weekdays. The other Tennant also works in Cambridge.
