Double Room with (mostly) private bathroom

Looking for ideally professional female (no couples).

We have a double bedroom for let in a NO smoking house. We are a married couple (m 38/ f 42) living in Hinchingbrooke (Huntingdon).

We live in a modern house on a quiet estate with all amenities available, inc. superfast BT infinity broadband. The room is fully furnished and you'd have *almost* exclusive use of the main bathroom, since we use our master bedroom en-suite.

We live in a quiet residential street backing on to a stunning country park and Huntingdon's main hospital. Great access to all key routes A1, A14, A428 etc and easy 5 minute route to the rail station and town centre.

We have three large and pretty energetic Dogs, but they're very friendly and love cuddles.

Room ready from 30th January 2016 at £420 per month. Parking available. Looking for employed female, non smoker, who likes dogs.
