Large single room furnished

We have a large single furnished room available. The room contains 4 foot wide bed, table, chairs, chest of drawers, various cupboards and built in hanging wardrobe.

The bathroom is across the landing. You will have full access to kitchen, utility room, washing machine etc, but there is no shared living room as we have dogs who take up most of the room!

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of spoken English who is quiet and considerate of others as we go to bed early and get up early, so no late night party animals please.

This is a quiet residential area within a mile of Huntingdon town centre.

Absolutely no alcoholics or other substance abusers. We are prepared to take DSS providing you are seriously looking for work. We do not want any free loaders or long term benefits recipients who have no intention of getting a job.

We have friendly, well behaved dogs in the house, though not upstairs in the bedrooms. Please do not apply if you are frightened of dogs. Yes, we've actually had dog phobic people apply in the past who didn't dare come through the door despite knowing we have dogs before they arrived!

We are a middle-aged couple plus one very quiet Portuguese lodger who has been with us for over 6 months. We are easy to get on with providing your lifestyle fits with ours. Please do not apply if you can't stand dogs or a quiet life.
