Comfortable Furnished Double Room

Double bedroom, furnished with double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe. Will add a small desk and chair if you want.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Somersham lake, very close to a bus stop that services Cambridge and St Ives (and I think Huntingdon as well) The village has great amenities and shops and is only a short distance from St Ives where there is a market two days a week and plenty of shops.

Off street parking is available if you have a car too.

Rent includes use of shared living room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom and garden. Council tax, water, electricity and gas are included in the rent.

We will require a small contribution towards the phone line and internet if this is something you want to use. It is likely to be in the region of £10 a month.

We have a pet house rabbit, if you have a pet that's fine by us so long as they and the rabbit are compatible!

We also are planning on putting in a vegetable patch so we can include some space for you to grow some veg too, or you'd be welcome to some produce in exchange for some occasional help.

The room is currently painted pinky-purple and we are planning to re-paint, but it could be left like that if you wanted.

Couples welcome but the rent would increase to £380 PCM

About us:
We are a couple, both working and one a part time student. We're both pretty laid back people. We enjoy playing games, watching films and anime, I study physics at college and we both enjoy stargazing.

About you:
We hope that you're friendly and sociable, some of our best friends have come from moving in with strangers! Generally clean and tidy, since this house doesn't belong to us and we want to take good care of it. Aside from that we're open minded, variety is the spice of life!
