The rooms have new and good quality furniture comprising a double bed, bedside drawers, larger chest of drawers and a free standing wardrobe. The rooms are a good size (4. 5m x 3. 2m) and have 2 windows. The room can easily fit a desk or other furniture that you may have. The price includes council tax, all utility bills, BT infinity broadband and a weekly clean of the shared areas. I do not accept couples or friends sharing one room. Viewings on Tuesday afternoons are preferred. Employed people only. No deposit required, £200 application fee.
