Double room (for single occupant) to rent in large house on the outskirts of Cambridge (Impington).The Property is located in a quiet dead end Road. Close to the A14 and M11 next junction. Handy for the Business Park in Histon and the Science Park in Milton.

There is ample on road parking

Please note, that although this site has said this is a 'House share', it isn't. Only the room and use of the bathroom and kitchen are available.

The room has recently been redecorated and refurbished and includes: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, low table, fridge and Media TV with firestick. Rent includes, gas, electricity, water and broadband wifi

It does not include food

The Room is only available from 6pm Monday to 9am Friday. NOT over the weekends (my daughter comes back) and only for a single working professional (the rent is calculated on this) and should be considered as a cheaper alternative at £25 per night than a Hotel or B&B. This does mean that you will have to clean and tidy up after yourself and does not include toilet paper, toothpaste etc, and if you want to use the dishwasher and washing machine you will need to provide your own detergent
