Room in split level apartment - Parking Negotiable

Hi there,

Please note, I am ideally looking for someone who is away weekends or works nights/weekends so the rate is negotiable depending on when you will be here.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms but I am only renting 1 room, I am Male and I live here on my own currently. I only want to rent 1 room to keep the place from feeling too busy :)

I have a good sized double room to rent in my apartment, it is recently decorated and is very spacious.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one downstairs which will essentially be yours and one upstairs in my bedroom.
The fact it is over 2 levels means you will get a little more privacy too should you wish to spend time in your own room.
The room is to the back of the apartment so doesnt suffer from road noise (which is not really bad anyway but worth mentioning that it is a nice quiet room).
It also has a tv socket for digital tv.

I have sky HD including movies with 3d and unlimited broadband.

Bills are included but fair use has to apply.

My current tennant has offerred to supply his old bed and a wardobe plus some other items if you would like the room to be furnished. If you have your own items I can get him to take his furniture with him.

I have a negotiable parking bay if required.

The flat is opposite the bus stop which takes you directly into Cambridge via addenbrooks.

I will consider short term rent/part week stays etc. I will adjust the rental accordingly.

On a personal note I am a professional Male, I do enjoy going out for drinks at the local or into Cambridge but not to excess. I enjoy painting so may have paints out from time to time.
