Large single room to rent in Linton

The room

I have a large single furnished room with internet, wifi and TV to rent in my first floor flat with lovely views across the river Granta and meadow. It is quiet and yet 5 minutes walk away from the characterful 'Dog and Duck' pub and highstreet shops. Linton is 3 miles from Granta Science Park and 4 miles from Sanger Institute at Hinxton. It is a 7 mile drive to Cambridge and 10 minutes from Saffron Walden. There is a regular bus service into Cambridge. There are river walks from the door.
The room is furnished with a single bed with memory foam topper, desk, drawers, easy chair, TV, wardrobe with full length mirror. There are lovely views from the double glazed window. Parking is available.
I supply bed linen if required.

I am looking for a professional female to rent the room which is available for 4 nights a week i. e. Monday to Thursday inclusive. The bathroom is shared and has a bath and shower. The kitchen is available for use at breakfast. In the evening a simple microwave meal can be made. The living room is my space in the evenings, rather than communal, but i'm happy to chat when you come in of an evening.
The apartments are situated in a quiet cul de sac next to the river with parking and a riverside garden area around.
I own a friendly cat called Teasle.
