I have a beautiful second floor flat with a balcony that overlooks the river. Large lounge, kitchen fitted to high spec with washer/ dryer and dishwasher.
This is a two bedroom flat and the available room is en suite
Situated at the very end of an island development there is no passing traffic and a dedicated parking space
The rent is all inclusive so no worry about increasing energy costs.
I am looking for someone who would enjoy the environment and would treat the flat, the contents and the other tenant with respect.
