Littleport is a large village in Cambridgeshire- it lies directly on the train line with direct routes to London, Cambridgeshire and Kings Lynn, within half an hour journey of the latter two. There is also direct access to the A10 which stretches from Cambridge via Ely to Kings Lynn via Downham Market.

The house is a semi-detached Edwardian era house with 2 bedrooms, located 3 minutes away from the High Street and 10 minutes from the Railway station when walking.

The room for rent is a large south-facing double room at the front of the house. It is furnished- featuring a wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers, as well as a aerial connection.

You will have full access to the house- sharing the kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and dining Room. There is also a attached garden with grass and a limited space for planting. There is off-road parking for 2 cars, and the road is quiet with very little traffic.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine and plenty of storage space. There is also a tumble dryer. t The sitting room has copious quantities of seating as well as a TV and DVD player. The Bathroom features both a bath and shower.

I am a 22 year old male, working in Cambridge- I am quiet, quite reserved and a little shy however I get on very well with people I know or am introduced to- I have previously lived with a couple for a long period of time before they moved on when they started a family.

I own two friendly ginger cats who live in the conservatory- they do not have free access to the house.
