The house and Garden

The house is newly built with spacious kitchen, lounge and south facing garden.

Situated in the village of Longstanton, the surroundings are very quiet with good bus links into cambridge, and a dedicated cycle way as well. The atmosphere is very chilled and laid back.

I currently am already renting out a room to a young professional, and would like to rent out a second room to another single professional. The room is spacious with an en-suite and walk in wardrobe.

Council tax is included in the bill, other bills are shared by the tennants.

There is another room available in the property as well, it is a double room too, but without EnSuite, at $430 per month.
