We have a spare room in our family home. We are a couple with a son 4 year old and a friendly Siberian Husky.

There is plenty of parking on the street. It is a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a post office and shop 5 minutes away. Good Bus links to Cambridge. Tesco in Barhill is reached easily in the car or in the bus, within 10-15mins.

The room is a medium size and had just been freshly decorated, it is furnished. The room has a single bed, chair, chest of drawers built in wardrobe and television, which also has a Sky Box with Sky movies and recordable function. The room is to the back of the house, it is peaceful and overlooks the garden.

I can supply bed linen/quilt/pillows and towels if needed.

We have a garden which is available for you to use. You will have your own space in fridge/freezer in the kitchen and cupboard. We have a dishwasher and washing machine is also available for you to use.

The bathroom is a family bathroom, with a shower and a separate toilet there is another toilet downstairs.

All bills are included, this includes broadband and the Sky Box.

We are a busy family and fairly easy going. Please note that we do have a DOG, he is very much part of the family/household. He is not allowed upstairs. We are looking for a friendly person who is happy and easy going and easy to get on with but also happy to have their own space.

We don't mind smokers (we smoke), but only outside.
