I am a professional male (owner), seeking a clean and tidy professional to house share a 3 bed detached property. Close to Mainline station with easy access to Peterborough, Ely, Cambs and London (Wisbech is a short drive). Please bear in mind this is not a party house, its a house to be shared by professional persons preferably.

I am a live in owner The loft is boarded out so there is room for some storage, the bedroom offered will have furnishings, including double bed, chest of drawers and smart TV. BT infinity Internet also available. All bills are included. The spare room is also converted to offer a large walk in wardrobe room for extra clothes storage etc.

House has been fully decorated throughout and is clean and modern, it also benefits from solar energy so this helps reduce rental costs to affordable amounts

On Street Parking is available also.
