I have a very large double/triple room to rent in a modern apartment in a quiet area of central Peterborough (Regal Place). The room is fully furnished and has a new single bed and sofa (double sofa bed of good quality), TV with digi freeview box, wardrobe, drawers and SKY Broadband. You would have YOUR OWN large bathroom with a bath and shower and shared use of a large modern kitchen. There is a private parking space available for you at all times.

I am looking for a responsible and tidy person (or persons). I am only at the flat one maybe two nights a week as I work/stay away most of the time. I am very easy going and friendly. Couples are also welcome as the sofa is a good quality sofa bed but would ask for £550 a month.

You would have your own privacy at all times as the only shared room is the kitchen, also I don't tend to be there much as mentioned.

NO EXTRA BILLS.

£300 deposit would be required to secure the room with 1st months rent due on day of moving in.
