Alternatively I would also consider renting out my middle floor which has one king room and another double room and own bathroom and storage/ laundry room
Price is for single occupancy however would consider couples no issue on gender (Price to be agreed)
I do have a v friendly dog who I have at weekends so no cats unfortunately
I live a v quiet life 95% of the time and ideally wish to find a considerate / quiet person(s) too
