Hi All

The majority of you particularly won't fancy doing jail time as you can see the room does have a similar feel! However, the area is very quiet. The main living space is negotiable so you won’t have to spend most evenings in the room.

I have a Bengal Cat and Miniature Schnauzer. So if you are a pet lover these two will keep you company.

I am an easy going individual and welcome short-term lets for a minimum of four months (non negotiable) Monday through to Friday only. The price is non negotiable and includes all bills, Broadband and one month's rent in advance will be compulsory.

Rent should be made payable via bank transaction and a tenancy agreement will need to be signed.
