Very nice double room with ensuite shower and kitchenette downstairs in charming four bed Victorian house in Pampisford, CB223ET (6 miles south of Addenbrookes, Cambridge) in a peaceful, pretty lane with few residents and minimal traffic. Close to Hinxton, Duxford, Granta Park, A505, Saffron Walden. Whittlesford Parkway railway station is walking or biking distance and there are buses to Cambridge at end of my road.
If you are a biker, there is a covered bike shelter available.
I am a friendly, open 65-year-old with a young mind who is at home most of the time.

The room has a comfortable armchair, table, two dining chairs,
wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves, sky tv, wifi. and adjoining kitchenette has fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink, washing machine and dryer.

Free car parking. Lovely pub close by. Rural views both sides of the property. Pretty garden to the rear.

A dog and a cat also inhabit the house, but neither of them will bother you. The garden is delightful to sit in and look at the gorgeous view of open fields and woods beyond. A perfect house in which to live and study. All bills included.
