We are looking to rent one large sized room to a professionally employed person come join us in our home.
We are easy going people and are looking for someone who would consider themselves mature and good humoured in attitude.
Placed quite close to bretton centre It is ideally placed for someone who works in the hospital or in thorpewood business park but being on the same bus route as those servicing the hospital it is quick short bus ride to most of peterborough.
We would prefer a non smoker but it is not important you aren't as we have a smoking area, we are a quiet, tidy household and are looking for the someone similar we only ask that you should leave as you would expect to find and if you work late shifts that you do not disturb anymore than necessary.
The rent quoted above can be renegotiated for different rental lengths they are spacious double rooms well worth a look. car parking to the front of the building.
The house has a shared living room and kitchen with lockable (if required) food storage cupboards an upstairs bathroom which is shared by the upstairs bedrooms plus one single toilet and wash basin downstairs.
